The location was superb. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. my breakfast included a beautiful sea view each morning. the rooftop terrace was accessible and offered a space for relaxation. i also appreciated the secure underground parking available .
the room i had was noisy and lacked essential amenities, it was particularly disruptive early in the morning.

i stayed two nights. the breakfast each morning was amazing. staff were friendly and helpful , i felt welcomed.
the manager was rude , i thought. both men working the front desk were not polite. i did not feel very welcome there.

I found the location to be quite convenient. It was a short walk to both marina grande and the town center. views of the bay of naples were available from my room. i also took advantage of the roof terrace bar that was open. the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. the lovely garden provided a peaceful space with a swimming pool, complete with a seasonal bar.
My room faced adjacent rooms. Conversations could be overheard, which impacted the sleep quality. i also found that fresh fruit at breakfast was limited.

The breakfast room offered fine views to begin each day. I enjoyed the coffee. a rooftop bar provided another place to enjoy drinks. the chef made special desserts, a thoughtful detail.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Their kindness stood out. carmine, a staff member, provided really good service, being both helpful and professional. joseph, the night audit staff member, also provided great assistance.

The room felt noisy. i could hear everything, including someone snoring in the next room. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, it was hard to get a good night's sleep. the room size felt quite small. the bathroom also felt cramped.
